Application & Admission Procedures *School Year 2020/21 K1*
- The application forms will be available from 2nd September 2019 to 20th September 2019. The forms are accessible either via download from the school website http://www.anchors.edu.hk or by collecting from the school reception during office hours.
Monday – Friday (9:00 am-5: 00 pm)
Saturday (9:00 am-12: 00 pm)
- Applications for the forthcoming academic year are for children born between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 2017.
- Applicants can apply to only one AKIN campus. If more than one campus is applied for, the school will select a kindergarten and arrange an interview for the designated school. All other applications will be automatically canceled without notice.

Acceptance will not be according to the order in which the forms are returned.

If applications to the kindergarten exceed the number of places available the following factors will be taken into consideration.
Result and Registration
- Results will be posted in the school reception on 22nd October 2019 (Tuesday) as well as individual notification by post.
- The registration period for successful candidates is from 1st November 2019 to 9th November 2019 (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ; Saturday:. 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
- There is a new student registration fee of HK $ 970.
- If your child is not successful in obtaining a place they will be placed onto a waiting list. Once the new student registration period has passed, should places remain available these will be offered to students on the waiting list.
- Should you choose to withdraw your application all application fee and registration fee are non-transferable and non-refundable.
