School Admission K1
 1. The application form will be distributed from 1 September 2020 (Tuesday) to 18 September 2020 (Friday) and can be downloaded from the school website http://www.anchors.edu.hk or obtained in person at each school branch during office hours:
Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
 2. Application age for Mainstream Class K1 or International Class IN2:
Children born between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018.
 3. Applicants can only choose to apply for one kindergarten branch. If applicants apply to more than one campus, our school will pick only one application by lottery, and the rest of the applications will be voided without notice.
 4. There is a HK $40 application fee for each candidate’s application. Please include the fee when you return the form; the fee is non-refundable and please tender the exact change.
 5. Date of Submission: The application form should be submitted in person from 19 September 2020 (Saturday) to 24 September 2020 (Thursday) during office hours. Admission is irrelevant to the date of submission. Applications received after the deadline will be put on the waiting list. Interviews for applicants on the waiting list will be arranged when there is vacancy.
Office Hours between 19 September 2020 (Saturday) to 24 September 2020 (Thursday):
19 September 2020 (Saturday): 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
21 September 2020 (Monday) to 24 September 2020 (Thursday): 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
 6. The following documents are required:

  • A completed application form and a recent passport size photo of the child attached
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Five stamped (HK $2) self-addressed envelopes

*Envelope size: No more than 245mm x 165mm

  • Write the class you applied for (K1 or IN2) and your child’s English and Chinese name on the bottom left corner of each envelope cover

Our kindergarten will process student applications for admission based on the information submitted by parents. If the information submitted or written is incomplete, the application may not be processed. Please check that all the information is correct before submitting.

7. Interview arrangement for K1/IN2:
Interview arrangements will be mailed out to applicants on 5 October 2020 (Monday). If parents do not receive a letter by 12 October 2020 (Monday), please call the school branch for enquiries.

8. The start date for K1/IN2 Classes will be in September 2021.
9. Class time (Monday to Friday)
Morning Class: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Afternoon Class: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
10. If the number of applicants exceed the number of vacancy available, the following circumstances of the applicant will take priority:

  • Interview performance
  • Father/Mother who is an employee of the school
11. All documents submitted will not be returned regardless of the result of the application.
(All relevant information will be kept confidential and will be destroyed after the enrollment processes have been completed.)
